“Today, 83% of all claims already reach us digitally,” explains Dr Cornelia Röskau, Managing Director at Globality Health. “No wonder: whether our policyholders are in China, Australia or Mexico, for example, our digital services simply offer the fastest and most efficient way to get in touch with us. And submitting bills via the new MyGlobality app is certainly the most convenient.”

Since February 2023, the MyGlobality app has a new look and feel. At the same time, the user-friendliness when photographing or uploading invoices has been improved once again.  In addition, statistics of the submitted damage reports are available. For this purpose, the app was set up on a new and modern IT platform. This also increases the security of the digital transmission of sensitive health data.

In addition, policyholders can use the app to contact Globality Health or search for a medical provider near them – no matter which country they are in. Most of the doctors or hospitals shown here are members of the Globality Health medical networks. This means that direct coverage can be arranged without the insured having to pay in advance.

“The new MyGlobality app is just another asset within Globality Health’s customer-centric digital services,” Röskau continues. The MyGlobality customer portal, for example, offers insureds other central functions such as up-to-date information on the status of their claims, insight into contract documents or the management of their own contact data and payment methods. “We are proud of our successes in the past years in the area of digital services and the further development of the new MyGlobality app. We are already looking forward to more new features and services that we will make available to our policyholders later this year.”
