- The digital insurance card can also be stored in the smartphone wallet. This means it is available at any time, even without logging into the MyGlobality app – and therefore also offline.
The MyGlobality app now also offers biometric access: insureds can easily and quickly access our digital services using Face ID or Fingerprint ID. This new login method also meets the highest security standards in order to protect the health data and payment data of our policyholders accessible via the app in the best possible way.
To set up biometric access, please follow the instructions on your smartphone. The new “Settings” menu within the MyGlobality app (top right, cogwheel icon) also allows you to flexibly activate or deactivate biometric access at any time.
Manage applications and documents
Globality Health now also offers its insured members the option of viewing and editing the status of their reimbursements in the app at any time. In addition, all policyholder documents are now also available via the MyGlobality app.
