We have been working continuously for years to optimize the customer experience, focusing on digitalization and technology with clear added value for the insured community. Teams from all areas of expertise have been working to develop the best solutions to provide international customers with efficient communication channels. In this way, processes are made faster, easier and more secure together – and all this in five languages.

HR Portal 

HR managers have access to our HR portal to manage their group insurance. It offers an up-to-date overview on employees insured with Globality Health. Just a view clicks enable HR managers to add new employees to the insurance or remove employees that no longer use the Globality Health insurance.

Employee Self Registration

Lean processes and a higher accuracy are the main advantages of the Employee Self Registration Option. Initiated by the HR manager, employees can register for their insurance themselves.

Single Sign On

On request, we provide our group clients with Single Sign On access from their company intranet directly into Globality Health’s digital portals – via a secure interface.

MyGlobality Customer Portal

Wether it`s checking the status of claims, finding doctors and hospitals worldwide, downloading the insurance certificate or communicating with our service team – the MyGlobality Customer Portal offers central services to insured persons.

Telemedicine

With the Globality Telemedicine app, Globality Health offers its insureds easy and fast access to medical advice. They can contact qualified medical staff at any time by phone call, video call or chat – worldwide, around the clock, seven days a week, in German, English or Spanish language.

MyGlobality App

Today, we already receive over 83% of all claims digitally. Sending invoices via the MyGlobality app is the easiest and most convenient way. In February 2023 the app got a completely new look&feel and was set up on a new and modern IT platform. This increases the security of the digital transmission of sensitive health data and enables further functional enhancements that are planned for 2023.
