Relevant experience in Client Services/ Policy Administration in the insurance sector, preferably in Health Insurance.
Able to clearly and comprehensively outline complex issues both verbally and in writing.
Strong client service focus.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage own work efficiently.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work effectively.

Fluent English and Spanish – any other language would be an asset (French /Dutch/German).
