Munsbach, Luxemburg – The overall goal of this role is to provide flawless support and accurate information to individual and corporate clients. In this position, you will directly report to the Claims and Customer Service Manager within the Operations department.

First proven experience in client services or in administration in the medical or insurance area.
Interest in health and medical matters.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to clearly and comprehensibly outline complex issues.
Positive attitude and strong desire to meet client demands.
Ability to work efficiently within an international team environment as well as to work under pressure while still submitting high quality results.
Honesty and integrity are further behavioral competencies required.
Flawless English and French are required for this role.
Fluent German, Spanish or Dutch would be a distinctive advantage.
