Munsbach, Luxemburg – The overall goal of this position is to ensure the smooth running of the office reception as well as of some office management tasks and broader administration related tasks. This position reports to the Head of HR & General Services.

First successful experience in a similar position.
In-depth knowledge of MS Office and very good organizational skills.
Able to work independently and have a quick apprehension.
Discretion and reliability are fundamental skills as well as being able to multi-task.
Focus and proactivity are indispensable for this position.
Strong ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
Positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
Very good command of English, French and German.
