Accountant payables & receivables (m/f/d)

Munsbach, Luxemburg – Manage the claims payment and premium income processes, ensuring payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile payments transactions with bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and Clients accounts.
  • Collaborate with banking partners and third parties to address or answer any payment-related inquiries or issues.
  • Help team to perform day-to-day accounting activities (book invoices, travel/VISA expense, reconcile payments and vendor accounts);
  • Act as an active support to other team members for all accounting related matters and daily tasks, by sharing knowledge and providing hands-on assistance.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial recording, and bank reconciliation processes.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in bank accounting, premium income management, or claims payment processing.

A good knowledge of SAP accounting system is a distinctive advantage.

Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.

Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

Knowledge of banking procedures and payment processing.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A flawless level of English is compulsory. Other languages are regarded as a distinctive advantage.
